Happy late Easter! 

Things were pretty calm around here. 

Nikolai loved the church Easter egg hunt:

On Easter Sunday, Jesse showed Nikolai some videos about Jesus:

(when they got to the part where Christ returned in his resurrected body, Nikolai, totally unbidden, said, "He's new!")

And to top things off, I made some carrot cake cupcakes (with half wheat flour and some flax meal!)  for dessert. 

It was a lovely holiday!
