Thanks for letting a little boy be a little boy! There is so little time in life to have fun. Over time, he'll want to do messier and more a bit more dangerous. Try to allow him the opportunity gradually grow with increasing freedom and responsibility. It makes for a wonderfully independent and strong minded adult.
