Leona 3 months

Leona is that magical age: 3 months! Babies at this stage are so, so great, and Leona is no exception. They are sweet and smiley and sleep better than they did as newborns, and they also don't crawl and get into everything yet :D

I'm assuming Leona is bigger than at her 2 month appointment, but we didn't need one this month so I don't know! But her face is delightfully plump and so are her sweet thighs, so I'm assuming she's growing well. 

Sleeping patterns: Leona is a great sleeper! She sleeps from around 10 pm to 3-4 am, or sometimes even 5 am. Then after that she sleeps sort of fitfully (I feel like Jesse and I spend the next hour popping the pacifier back in her mouth so we can snooze) but it's worth it for that good 6 hour chunk of sleep we get!

Eating habits: Breastmilk every 2.5-3 hours! Though some of us have started sneaking her tiny tastes of things we're eating ;)

New discoveries I made: Leona discovered that her siblings are silly! They can both make her giggle in a way that few others can. Yay!

My accomplishments: Rolling over!!! At 2.5 months! Yes, seriously! I think Leona got seriously tired of hearing her big siblings playing around her all the time, so she learned to roll over just to see what all the hullaballoo was. 

Places I went: Oh my, did Leona go anywhere this month? I suppose she went to a lot of playgrounds, and to the beach, and to babysitter's houses...it was a relatively calm month (compared to May, which was NUTS) so she didn't go too many places. 

Special memories: Leona was in some kind of mood at dinner one evening, and Miriam made her belly laugh by jumping up and down and shouting "boo!" I mean, it was pretty loud, but it was also adorable!
