Of sound mind and body

We are runners

(even though Jesse doesn't have running shoes)

We sweat when we run

and try to document it

And sometimes we run to redbox to pick up a movie and run back home

And eat half a pint of strawberry icecream that only cost a dollar.

We like the life we lead.

bummer about ragnar not working out, eh? next year, kids, next year.

next year! whoo! we've decided that we still need motivation to exercise, so we're going to run a half marathon later this summer instead. :D
